Eternal
GO FURTHER. There is something between right and wrong. Right thing or method could be wrong when it is apply to different people, in different timing or at different occasion. Vice versa. Therefore, right or wrong could just be a "label" that being paste on something, someone, some occasion based on the judgement, definition, perception of one person or a group of people. It is not eternal.
GO FURTHER. There is something lying beneath the judgement, definition, perception. One's "past experiences, correct knowledge, incorrect knowledge, imagination and fear" within one, leads one to reach his or her life at this stage. Therefore, the way he or she judge, define, perceive should not be judged, defined, perceived by us with only right or wrong too. It is just real. They are just be, without realization that letting their own "past experiences, correct knowledge, incorrect knowledge, imagination and fear" leads them to stand very firm at a place with own's judgement, definition and perception on something, someone or some occasion.
GO FURTHER. We, can always choose KINDNESS, rather than choose to be right at all time. When one is real and just be, who are we to judge, to define, to perceive.
It is " Just Be ".
It is " Just Real ".
That's all.
GO FURTHER. Instead, we check ourselves. The only homework to do. What happened to us, what have we done at the past, what kind of seeds could that be that we may have planted unintentionally, that lead us to reach life at this stage.
Are we, ourselves, filled with love or loaded with fear. There is a deep down rooted " feeling " underneath every judgement, definition, perception that we made to things, person or occasion.
Is that clear and pure enough now to let you see how to minimize the act of harm to others ? Or are we still lost within our " past experiences, correct knowledge, incorrect knowledge, imagination and fear. "
Show mercy to ourselves. Show mercy to others. This is eternal.
Kindness is eternal.

Love
从 『Apana studio』 到 『Yemaya Life』 一路走来，快接近10年了，变的是店名，店的座标，甚至是课程的大纲和授课的方式；不变的是教瑜伽背后的心态，不变的是不语的爱，是那股人情的味道。不变的是初心。感恩大家的体谅，陪伴和支持。
感觉无比欣慰。看到也感觉到的是大家一起互相学习。学习的不只是姿势和呼吸，还有慈悲和爱 ，包容和接纳。祝福大家平安快乐健康！

practice YOGA
Practise Asana (postures) and Pranayama (controlled breathing exercises), use it as a training/tools/supports, stretch out the mind but not only the body, be strong enough to be soft, be steady and carry out a meaningful life out there, when we are out of the yoga mat.
Practise YOGA, accept ourselves, our true self. From there, unleash the love for self and spread it out. Always remember to give back to the community.
The strength, the flexibility, the stability, the space that we created in our body within that tiny mat of space, the postures and the breath that we are able to hold on to, the stubbornness that we letting go during our Asana practice, the every single little details that we learn on the mat, etc....... ARE to be applied to our daily life :
For us, be able to be determined, to be flexible, to be creative, to be strong, to be able to keep our mindfulness along the journey towards kind and compassion, along the journey of love, along the journey of learning, along the journey of letting go.
Be lighter than ever, be stable than ever, be healthier than ever, be happier than ever.
Be a good example for others to create a better world together !!!

简化的一片天
同一片天，反射在不一样的面，会影视出不一样的色彩。
同一片天，在不一样的地方看上去，会看到不一样的色彩。
同一片天，同一个时候，不一样的人因为不一样的心情和遭遇，看了，心底各自或许也会有不一样的感觉。
可是，虽然各有所好，可是大家依然会互相分享那种大自然所带来的震撼的感觉，而且偶尔还会在当下感恩，因为我们都知道它是会过去的。
想想，若这片天是一种状况，而我们可以像欣赏一片天那样去对待它，〝欣赏〞它，而且〝感恩〞它所给我们生命里注入的〝震撼〞，认清那是会过去的，那么人生会不会来得轻松些呢？人与人相处会不会来得简单一些呢？
事事面面观。

是幸福的。。
昨晚，当我把这告示排挂在 Apana Studio 的铁门时，我竟然感觉到一阵的幸福感。那一阵幸福感竟然不是因为拥有，而是因为我在楼下听到楼上的学生投入的跟着音乐的节拍在数着。从她们的喊，我听得出她们的开心，心情的抒发，压力的解放。
此刻，我非常肯定我们好几个月前感恩的决定是对的。因为与其把跳 Aerobic 的地方给缩小，与其去远一些的地方开一间，我们只是把隔几间的一间店租下来做 Yemaya Life Ipoh。那里是供学生练习瑜伽的。所以跳舞的学生能够依旧开心的起舞， 瑜伽的学生也得以拥有较舒适较宽敞的空间好好练习。
生意的元素除外，钱根本赚不多，有些月份甚至会亏，相信同行的都知道，我们肯定可以得到的其实是导师费，所以自己一定要教课。Apana Studio 本来的“心“，就是要传开心，传健康。我本人非常喜欢运动。那时我还在办公楼工作，一有空就会去跑步，爬山，游泳或者约朋友去打球，后来去跳Aerobic。我喜欢音乐，也常常去pub和disco跳舞。那时候在Aerobic课里，看到老师和学生随着强劲的音乐起舞，感觉好好。和一个 Aerobic 老师合股这个，是为了圆一个小小的心愿而已，就是看到老师和学生们开开心心的跳舞，运动，出汗，健康。
而后来，当伙伴没有再教跳舞后，自己也吩咐伙伴要提醒新老师一定要上瑜伽课，才不会那么容易受伤。
我想昨晚的幸福感应该是因为感觉到 “做到了“！8年了 (^_______^) 但愿能延续。
祝福大家继续开开心心，健健康康！
可是，最重要的就是大家都能用你们喜悦的心把开心带给你们身边的的人，家人朋友甚至有缘的陌生人，让他们也开开心心的，健健康康的。这样的汗水付出，会变得更有意义！
感恩一切因缘。感恩这一班学生的投入和支持。
但愿 Yemaya Life Ipoh 也能做得到。初心依然不变。:)

不忘初心，方能随缘自在享乐。
有个忠实平庸的老爸从小就常对他那喜欢玩水的女儿说“等我中了彩票后，在家建一个游泳池给你喔！“
一年又一年的过去，老爸变成了老老爸，女孩变成了女人。俩都一直记得这个承诺，可是就是彩票没中着。俩都觉得这承诺非常搞笑。
其实女孩从小就已经有了游泳池。因为在泳池还没建成之前，每当家里简陋的水池需要清洗时，她都可以下去玩个痛快，下雨时也半被骂半被批准去淋雨，水灾时更在那常淹过膝盖的黄泥水里玩得不亦乐乎，学游泳。所以常常水灾的家反而变成了游乐天堂。因为经济状况的束缚，那个家没有执著形式的过活着。多年以后，反而养成了女孩随缘享乐的生活方式。
她长大后，享受日日夜夜骑着机车在倾盆大雨里行驶的刺激，享受攀爬到山上在瀑布戏水的甘甜美，享受在蓝天白云下畅游在那无边际海域的宽阔，享受在公共或私人泳池里那漫游的休闲感觉。
一路走来，他随缘自在，她随缘享乐。
不忘初心。喜欢的是玩水，不是那修饰的泳池。你想到了没？

** Gleeked ** happily
PHEW.... finished GLEE season 1, 2, 3 within three months finally !! or less than that, i guess ;p
it does sounds crazy to me cause i think it's been more than 20 years i didn't catch up any drama series or any show so seriously, i captured everything completely of GLEE episodes, not losing any song, any scene or any minute.
8 years back when i just returned to malaysia, i told my friend that i didn't switch on the television for a year, they said i am crazy. my friends just couldn't believe me. but it's true ** weirdo **
well, now i know, it still me. i love musical show, so much, so crazy, since i was a child.
I feel so good.
i've found some "courage" in life from the show. i've learned something new about "dream". i've being reminded that how much important "acceptance" is in our life. i felt what is "passion".
it's not only a comedy show, but an educational show. bravo !! looking forward for season 4 dvd !!
i am being Gleeked happily.
