practice YOGA

Practise Asana  (postures) and Pranayama (controlled breathing exercises), use it as a training/tools/supports, stretch out the mind but not only the body, be strong enough to be soft, be steady and carry out a meaningful life out there, when we are out of the yoga mat.

Practise YOGA, accept ourselves, our true self. From there, unleash the love for self and spread it out. Always remember to give back to the community.

The strength, the flexibility, the stability, the space that we created in our body within that tiny mat of space, the postures and the breath that we are able to hold on to, the stubbornness that we letting go during our Asana practice, the every single little details that we learn on the mat, etc....... ARE to be applied to our daily life :

For us, be able to be determined, to be flexible, to be creative, to be strong, to be able to keep our mindfulness along the journey towards kind and compassion, along the journey of love, along the journey of learning, along the journey of letting go.

Be lighter than ever, be stable than ever, be healthier than ever, be happier than ever.

Be a good example for others to create a better world together !!!
