Consistency in practice to unleash the Kosha

I am definitely mentally fit to work in the corporate world still. However, I feel my gland, so intense some time. When it is "bloated", it just like an airbag, filled with air, which blocks my throat, confuse my chakra. I gave myself 8 months time, which until end of this year, to review my physical level if it is suits still to be pressurized within the line. Well, review is on going and it was not good without yoga practice. I am definitely lack of consistency in practicing yoga. I guess that is the main reason, that I could not maintain the level of strength and flexibility as well as the stability within myself at work now. There we go, it proves that yoga helps so much physically. .

When the practice of asana is not consistent, while there is also no consistent practice of breathing within yoga asana, it proves that the so called "pressure" could not be transformed into "energy". The channel is blocked between and , the union of body and mind is not there.

Practice is important, consistency in practice is much more important.

释放能量 ~ 保存能量

以前十多二十多岁的我,在家乡,常登山,也喜欢游泳。我曾经在同一时期常做这两种运动。渐渐的,我发觉,走山时所磨练出来的毅力竟可让我在泳池没有停顿来回直径十多次,仍心平气和,感觉是平静的。而另外一边,如此的游泳习惯竟大大改善了我在登山时的气魄。
 现在三十多岁的我,在异乡,做瑜伽,打太极。恍然发现,这两种活动竟巧妙的起了像以前登山和游泳时的互动。

有一天,突发奇来的念头,想了解太极。等待了接近六个月,终于开课了。开课了以后,看到太极老师那种松腰松髋松关节的实力,令我赞叹不已。发现这,觉得自己很幸运。这正是我在瑜伽练习姿势 (asana) 时必须学懂的。因为学懂这,会对姿势练习起着很大的作用,让韧带关节收放自如,气血流通。或许可以达到这境界的瑜伽习者大有人在,可是懂得诠释这个学问的导师不多。就算有,若一味在瑜伽垫子上执著这,肯定久久难以搞懂。

而正因为学习了瑜伽,得到了身体某个程度的实力和柔软度,稳定性,也了解了什么是意念,还有和瑜伽有牵连的人体基本解剖学,让我在学太极时较快能扑抓到它的套式程序,所以可以把专注力放去观察和学习如何拿捏对的招式。

从只了解释放能量,到现在开始了学习释放能量之余也保存能量,感觉这几年的身体状况竟比以前年轻时来得好,可以说是这三十多年以来,感觉最好的。感恩。

一定要用心把俩都学好,让其他人也可以受惠。
