1st time Upavistha Konasana

Wide leg forward bend, finally I did it in my own practise session c(^,^)p

Pelvis
Hip joint rotation
Knee cap rotation
Front thigh muscle rotation
Balls of the feet extension
Movement of the toes
Hamstring
Lower back
Breathing
